Cancellation
100% money will be refunded if order is cancelled before item is packed and shipped. If cancelled after item is packed or shipped then logistics and reverse logistics charges will be deducted and the balance will
be refunded within 3 to 5 days.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if the material is having manufacturing defect and faults else it will not be return. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

All goods will be inspected on return, if found faulty then we will initiate the refunds after receiving the material and  it will take 3 to 5 days to credit in customer  account.

Return must be initiate with in 48 hours of material receiving from the customer side.

Replacement

Replacement (if approved) should be raised within 48 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days after receiving the prior ordered material
